Delivery Information
All orders will be posted free of charge within the UK and Northern Ireland. If your payment is processed before 2 pm the order will usually go out the same day, except for at weekends and bank holidays where we will endeavour to send goods out at the first post available. All orders will be posted via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and will require a signature upon receipt. Orders can take between 1 day and 5 working days to arrive at your delivery address after it has been processed. Orders to countries other than the UK will be charged at our flat rate per item and will be sent via airmail with an estimated arrival time of 5 days (Europe) and 7 days (rest of world).

Deliveries for Kamisori scissors may incur an import duty/tax that you will be liable for, this is due to Kamisori being shipped direct from the supplier . It's a hair thing are not responsible to pay this charge. Delivery times for Kamisori scissors range from 5-7 working days as they are shipped directly from Kamisori in Canada.

Deliveries from Aichi scissors come direct from the manufacturer in Korea and can take up to 7 working days to arrive. Aichi scissors may also incur an import duty tax which you (the customer) are liable for. It's a hair thing are not liable for this charge.
Cancellation and Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order goods at any time up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by contacting our customer services department by telephone on 0845 689 0821, or by email
Your item for return must be in "as new "condition, which means the same condition as it was when it left us.
If you do not return the goods within 7 days of your cancellation then we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the set price on the web site.
Returns for Kamisori scissors must be returned (at your own cost) to Kamisori Inc. Once Kamisori receive your return, it's a hair thing will process your refund. Please ensure that you send the goods back signed for so that you can track the items progress.
Returns for Aichi scissors must be returned (at your own cost) to Aichi in Korea. Once Aichi receive your return, it's a hair thing will process your refund. Please ensure that you send the goods back signed for so that you can track the items progress.
